I currently have NBN with TPG but the voip service is with mynetfone with a DID . Am I able to move the DID number back to TPG? If so, how do I start the process?

Thanks for showing your interest with our service, shoot me a private message with your account details of your existing service (Username/Customer ID). We will raise this with our Provisioning Team if its possible to port the exisitng DID number from your previous VoIP provider.

Hi @rastascan, you need to contact your phone provider to make sure that there's no complex product/service attached to your phone service so we can proceed with the number porting. Complex Products are non compatible services that may be active on an active phone service.

I have contacted mynetfone and they have advised there are no complex services attached to the account, it is VOIP only with no other services.
I would like this issue sorted out as I am going in-between TPG and Mynetfone on something that should be simple.
