Hello
I have a new home phone with the correct time set up on the display. Whenever a call comes in the time reverts back to non day-light saving time this happened with my old home phone as well.
The phone manufacturer advised I need to check with telco provider to have the time updated correctly.
Can you please fix this?

Have you tried to check the time settings on the modem interface?
If not, try to check it first.
If it's done, when did you change the handset?
Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to check this further.
