VOIP Phone no longer working after Modem reset

After Internet dropout, I've reset the Modem and my VOIP phone stopped working. The phone is no longer listed in the Network Map. Could you please address the issue asap, because you do not give an option for user to register the phone with the modems and firmware you enforce using. Thanks.
