voip lost

I have lost our Voip connection after a reset on a VX420-G2h modem. Reset due to hackers acessing our modem.

I have reset the Modem but after replugging the phone in there is no voip connection. I also have two MAC addresses classed as unknown and I can't identify. so I need to be able to add or delete those items. Being 83 years and not really computer savvy makes things awkward.

Hi @dayvwood . Regarding the unknown mac addresses, normal devices are computer, mobile phone, tablet, TV. Do you have any other gadgets? Aircon? Solar inverter?

Things you can do.

Are you using the WPA2/AES wifi security?

Change the wifi SSID names and passwords. Even hide the SSID name.

Change the admin password.

Write down any changes you make for reference.

There might be other settings to restrict devices.
