Thanks for that. We have been getting a lot of drop outs and disconnections over the last month. Usually around 10AM and sometimes in the afternoon. Is there any tests you can run from your end to see what the issue is? We don't have anything else plugged into the phone lines.

We've raised this with our Engineering team as we've detected a possible fault within the line, but we can't identify if it's internal or external wiring.
They'll investigate this further and will be in touch with you via SMS or phone call within 24 to 48 hours.
