For the last 2 years I have been using all ethernet ports in Archer modem with no issues. Suddenly 2 days ago they stopped working. If I unplug all the ethernet cables and plug back in one or two devices I can get 1 or 2 to connect but only for a moment before they stop working. The modem may show a device in wired connections but the device has no internet. The modem may also show 0 connected devices when some are plugged in.
Power cycling used to fix any connection issues but not this time. I also tried modem reboot but issue persists.

Forgot to mention, wireless connections and internet have no issues.

Have you perhaps tried doing a factory reset on the modem? PM us with your TPG account details so we can assist.

I have done the factory reset. It worked for a moment as I could see all devices but did not last long and the wired connections dropped out again.
I tried factory reset a second time but the issue persists. The firmware is :
Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n
Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v2 00000000
