Huawei HG659 failover to 4G in case of WAN failure

Is it possible to configure the failover via the external USB 4G dongle on a HG659 in case of the main WAN connection failure?

My HG659 manual makes no mention of failover. The USB port is for file and printer sharing.

Does your HG659 device have menu selections for failover?

Yes. There are some references to UMTS. Which I belive should allow 3G/4G modem configuration.
