I was wondering how do I monitor my drop outs as I get them daily (both with WIFI and Ethernet) I have the Archer VR1600v supplied MODEM and on NBN HFC.
Looked at the MODEM's traffic monitor which doesn't record anything as well as the MODEM's system log which shows a lot of Notices but not at when the internet drops out.

Hi @sjaeger172004 . When dropout occurs, do the lights on NBN box or router change?
Make a note of the router's WAN ip address. Does it change after a dropout?
Can you ping tpg.com.au
How long do dropouts last? How do you recover?
it is like drops out for a minute each time but consistant
