My TP-Link Archer VR1600v keeps rebooting itself

Hi,

My TP-LINK Archer VR1600v modem router has been rebooting itself continously. I could not get any wifi signal. I have hooked it up to my computer using the ethernet cable but before I can log into the device, it reboots itself again.

Please advise me what can I do.

Hi @coolblizz, you can try doing a hard reset on the modem by pushing the small reset button at the back. If it does the same thing after reset, please send us a private message with your customer ID and we can check your option for replacement.
