We need a replacement NBN box. I have recently moved into a new apartment, the previous tenant has appeared to have taken the NBN box with him. How do i go about ordering a replacement?

If the previous householder was on FTTP and you mean the NTD, it should never have been removed. Presumably fibre is left hanging from the wall? Mods will request a private message with your details, and will contact NBN to arrange installation of a replacement.
