NBN is making a clicking noise

Yesterday evening around 10:30pm we had a very short power blackout. Power resumed instantly, bower the internet never resumed.

My NBN box has a red connection flashing, DSL and LAN is off and that clicking noise.

Tried resetting and I don't see my suburb Essendon, 3040, under maintenance.
