Netgear Orbi RBR850 failing to connect

Hi, I have read many posts and spent hours with TPG and still not getting anywhere. Has anyone been successful and what are the detailed settings please. PPPoE is set up with correct account info. VLAN Tag group set to 2. What am I missing?

Hi David64. Bottom line is Yes. Previous posts re other Orbi router models were correct for this. VLANID had to be set to 2. Multiple restarts and factory resets and then it worked. However I still have 2 router cables not working which I am trying to solve.
