Hi i bought new modem model netgear d6400 my old modem effected with lightning few days ago then i buy new one setup every thing but when i try to connect with my wifi internet connection its shows wrong isp or wrong password pls help i ranout internet connection from last 5days thanks

We were able to locate your account using your community details and it appears that the configuration of your new modem/router is incorrect. You need to use your TPG username or customer ID number to get the internet working.
