We faced an issue of no internet connection in our place (south brisbane). The modem looks alright but sometimes the wifi light is on-and-off. But even when the wifi light on the modem is fully on, we still couldn't connect to the internet. It started from 03/07/204 afternoon till now. Could we get assistance to fix it?
