Hi - there's been a storm and now the NBN box is clicking and red light flashing. There is not NBN outage (yep I've checked) and I've tried resetting, turning on and off etc.
Any advice - and TPG can you arrange an investigation please.

Mine is doing same here after storm yesterday. Tried ringing last night was suggested this way through community my nbn is down.

They came and replaced the NBN box and all working again for me.
