I've had slow internet download for at least a few days.
I've already disconnected all devices and restarted modem with no improvement.

I am on TPG NBN50 and would always be able to reach the 50Mbit limit. Now I'm getting less than half of that

The first article refers to a Page Not Found for https://support.tpg.com.au/speed_test.php
I've opted to use www.speedtest.net as an alternative to measure speed and the results were within the minimum acceptable speed.
So now I'm testing outside of the Typical Evening Speed and it's still slow.
The criticial information summary only mentions information around the Typical Evening Speed, so I think it's fair to expect better results past those hours.
My previous speeds were around 40-50Mbps on NBN50 plan.
Is this normal for customers to experience a drastic 50% reduction in speed?

Could you also perform a speed test using a desktop/laptop connected and post another screenshot, this will help us determine if the speed issues are only affecting the devices connected via Wi-Fi.
