My current firmware for the Archer VR1600v v2 is
Firmware Version:1.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 190305 Rel.72906n
Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v2 00000000
I keep having my wifi drop out for my laptop and ipad, I need to reset the modem every day to make it work. As I can't find any firmware update in support page as well as TP-likn website.
Can I please have a link to download the below firmware? thanks.

The firmware update will be done via OTA. Send me a Private Message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) to proceed with the request.

I registered a new account just to get firmware update support for my FTTB VR1600v modem.
I try click your name but it doesn't show me any button to 'send a message', any other way to do this?

My modem firmware version is: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 220518 Rel.32480n. I need to upgrade too.
