After someone in TPG updated my modem's firmware to this version, our internet became not usable: the internet can only survive for a minute or so, then it will disconnect, and after 2 minutes or so, recover back. repeatedly.

The dropout issue affecting the service has been escalated to our Engineering Team and now under invetsigation. Expect updates from our Engineering Team as soon as it becomes available.

The case escaplated to engeering has been more than 24 hours, but didn't get any update from it, are they really working on it or not?
