Hi, We are adding smoke alarms to my TP-Link VR1600v Modem. During setup, the Tuya Smart App keeps asking for 2.4 GHZ and cannot move on from that point. The 2.4 GHz indicator light is lit, however so is the 5 GHz, so possible the app cannot differentiate between the two?? Can u help, so the app can connect, cheers Ian

Hi @iparky62 . Are the smoke alarms within range of the 2.4G coverage? Do they show as connected in router admin?

AP isolation should be disabled, which it is by default.
