Since the NBN box is already installed in your premise, our Provisioning Team remotely activated your service. A router is also on its way. It was handed over to our courier last 18 September and you should receive it within 3-5 working days.
It is a plug and play router but you can check out this Community article to guide you in setting up your internet for the first time: NBN Fibre To The Premise (NBN FTTP) Setup Guide
