Get online support
Good afternoon TPG team, I am guessing the router has an issue. There was no Wifi available from this morning. Tried restarted the device (has 4x lights on it), but it is still not working. My PC has internet connection, but mobile phone doesn't. There is no availalbe networks showed. Can you please help. Thanks (Grace from Reservoir, VIC)
here is the solution for my issue:
1. check all the cables, make sure connection is fine
2. reboot
3. press the Wifi button on router/modem (3 sac) to reboot.

Thanks, I called the customer support, get fixed.
