6 weeks and still no connection

I have been a TPG customer for over 10 years and recently had requested for the NBN connection for my house 6 weeks ago and still waiting with no timeframes communicated. The worst part is noone is even bothered to send updates unless i send emails asking for updates. I had lost hope that i even stopped asking for any updates until recently i received an email that NBN will have updates in 2 business days and its been almost 10 days since then and as usual no updates from TPG. Just want to know if there's anybody who can look into my case and provide some updates.
