Internet signal not working

I just changed my internet for TPG. Did all physical installation but the internet is not working.

I have checked your account and NBN classified your address as Service Class 24. This means that the address has been connected to NBN network previously and should have an existing NTD.

Please ensure that all the equipment are connected properly.
