Can’t connect to nbn

Hi,

Haven’t been able to connect and have been trying all week. Received new modem and NCD, lights flashing blue except nothing for LAN. Have checked all cables many times & wall socket. No filters/splitters.
Have received texts about connecting all week but doesn’t work. Called to get tech help and was given ticket number #59641101 on 28/04/20. Was told a case manager would get back to me but haven’t heard anything.

Would really appreciate some advice please. Seems like a lot of people are having the same problem. Hope to hear from you soon.

For NBN services, the standard installation timeframe is within 2-30 working days. 

Some services require remote activation and if unsuccessful, we will request for a tech visit from NBN Co.
