Day 1 connection issues

I moved to TPG because my existing service provider had crap help desk. I read reviews and TPG were up there with service and quality. Day 1 switchover. No service. I have connectivity and can ping dns servers. Admin page on router says yes Internet. No internet. I am supposed to be working from home tomorrow. One hour on the phone on hold and they hang up on me when the help desk closes for the night. Fault logged. No one home. Come back tomorrow. Sigh.

Hi @Lpayne1964 . When you login to router, is it your username and password configured?

Does router have a WAN ip address and default gateway address?

What happens when you put  www.tpg.com.au in the address bar in your browser?

When you advised that the internet is not working, are you connected via WiFi or Wired connection?

If via WiFi, are you connected via 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?

Have you tried to check if you are getting the correct IP address via IPconfig? 

What troubleshooting have you done so far?
