Thanks for your reply Ahra_G. Can you tell me which plan I am on at tthe moment, and the minimum plan I would to slect to be eligible for the upgrade? Also, do I qualify for free (aprt from any extra because of my wish to have the NTD upstairs (I am disabled) . You have my details on file. Also, you mentioned that a tech would discuss options with me first. Would he/she come to my home and would it be the same tech who'll do the actual work.
