Hello, 

I've waited the whole hour and still no one has contacted me. Can you please advised whether I will contact? I cannot constantly sit around waiting for a call to happen.

Hi,
Can you please provide me with an update of when I’ll be contacted. I can’t possibly sit at home waiting for someone to call in regards to this issue. This connection is at my parents house and I need a resolution as I cannot to remain here waiting. It is getting ridiculous as I have been told three times that I will be getting a call and yet I have received no calls.
