To whom might concern,
Yesterday, we received a massage, says NBN service is awaiting activation, and required us to install modem and NCD. So, we installed as instruction, let them run around 2 hours. But the lights keep flashing, no solid lights. Just checked instaltion progress, it shows still under progress.
Just want to know when the service can be ready.

I'll have a Case Manager to contact you and assist you with the activation of your service. I would recommend to leave both equipment connected for remote testing purposes.
