NBN Activation

To whom might concern,

 

Yesterday, we received a massage, says NBN service is awaiting activation, and required us to install modem and NCD. So, we installed as instruction, let them run around 2 hours. But the lights keep flashing, no solid lights. Just checked instaltion progress, it shows still under progress. 

 

Just want to know when the service can be ready.

Based on the account I've located using your Community details, the service is awaiting installation. 

 

I'll have a Case Manager to contact you and assist you with the activation of your service. I would recommend to leave both equipment connected for remote testing purposes.

The Case Manager you've spoken to has successfully booked an appointment for a tech visit on 12 February 2020 between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Please ensure that you or someone of legal age is present during the visit.
