Get online support

Internet not available in new home

I registered for moving house, have upgraded my package and chose to 18 months contract with TPG on 9th March. Received the modem in 3~4 days. We moved home, installed the modem, but theres no internet. Haven’t receive any e-mail. Trying to contact online support, without even being able to connect.

in deep trouble. Office is closed, have to work from home.

online installation track said the payment is still pending. But there shouldn't be any payment at all!!

I have the same problem it's been 7 days. I have even paid $300 new development charges it there's no result
