Hi @michelle1367 . What is the usual state of the lights on Arris box? All 4 green or 2 green and 2 blue?
Turn router off, then turn Arris off for a minute and back on. Give it a few minutes. How are the lights now? Turn router back on.
If no good, repeat above but do factory reset on Arris first. Hold paper clip in Reset hole until front panel lights flash.
