Do you have a homephone? If yes, can you do an isolation test and listen to the phone line?
If you don't know what isolation test means: just simply connect your homephone to the telephone wall socket and disconnect all others like router, filters etc.

I've managed to locate your account using your Community details and did a remote line test.
It appears that there is an issue on the outside line hence no signal is detected on the modem. I have since escalated the issue now to our Engineering Team. Please allow them sometime to further investigate.
An update will be provided within the next 24hrs and it is likely that we're going to send a technician out to check the line.
They will contact you either via phone call or SMS. Should you have a preferred time to be contacted, please do let us know so we can inform their team.
