NBN BYO, incorrect username and password

Hello I was informed that the NBN service is actived yesterday. I also received a sms, "Your NBN service is installed but we can see you online". what does it mean?

The NBN box in my property is on, Power and Optical lights are green, UN1-D 1 light is yellow/orange. 

when I tried my username and password in the router setup, I got error message, incorrect ISP username and password. I can log into TPG account with the same combination. The router is NetGear D6200.

 

Can you help?

Hi @BillyKuehn, let's have a closer look at your connection and see what's going on when your router attempts to authenticate and connect.

 

Please send your customer ID or username via private message.

Thank you Aubrey, I am actually online now. I restarted the NBV box. then it worked.
