NBN FTTC Static IP the Internet gone

Unfortunately the change of modem doesn't help. 

I don't know what to do anymore Smiley Sad

It is 10 days without internet.

I understand that you were able to contact our Tech team and the case was escalated to our Engineering team for further investigation since the connection was dropping.

Now NBN team working hard to connect me to the internet network, well done!

Waiting for them I had to buy unlimit mobile plan from Vodafone.

I got my internet back eventually!

Thanks everybody!

However the internet speed ony 47 mbps instead of 75 mbps expected for my NBN100.

Should I create a separate ticket for that?

Hi @euklad,

 

We are glad that the internet is back and working with a good speed.

 

I've checked the account and learned that you are under our Standard Plus or Fast NBN50 speed tier only and not on our Premium NBN100 speed tier.

 

If you wish to upgrade your plan to our Premium NBN100 speed tier. You may contact our Change of plan team at 13 14 23 (option 3 +1 + 3).
