Just to let you know that the Modem arrived 1 week ago already ... and the Building is already NBN ready . If iam correct , the only thing needed is activation of the Internet .
I was told today by Customer service agent that there is something called "Intervention issue" (which is some internal issue) going on and that's why network is not getting activated. What i understand is that NBN connected but TPG cant activate account due to this Intervention Issue,
Can i request again , to make sure that this issue is resolved ASAP , and get my account activated .
