7. SERVICE FAULTS
i am just new to the community. but interesting to note that we in victoria suffer the same fate. since we signed up to nbn in july, the internet has spent more time down than up. we get different stories but its always the same outcome, down for a day, up for a day, down for 3 up for a day. Most recent this month its been down 7 days since the start of the month. Then you spend an average of 1 hr each time you call going through the process....anyone else having this trouble? Whats the opinion out there of the service?
