I can see in our histories you requested an NBN-NTD to be sent to you, and you have received.
You will need to plug the NTD and the modem in as instructed in this guide.
Leave it all plugged in and turned on as your NBN order is still progressing.
It should start working once NBN turn it on, which may be straight away or within a few more days.
