For NBN services, installation can generally take 10 working days however, we still provide a standard timeframe of 2-30 working days. Although there are instances that a service address is likely to be remotely activated.

I would like to know if there is any installation delay for the NBN I may order. Please help me check my premises address. Also I would like to know if you need to do any damage on the surface of the property for the installation (e.g. drilling holes on the wall).
