NBN not activated

I received the modem but NBN is not activated yet. When I called TPG to install the service, they advised that the NBN service is activated and I will be able to connect as soon as I’ll receive the router. After three days of order, no service yet. This is so frustrating that the service desk lies to you. No internet at all.
