Hi, we are currently waiting for our NBN equipment to arrive for our connecting (FTTC) in the next few days, we are on the NBN50 package $69.99 monthly. I wish to cancel my landline connection as we don’t need it anymore, would this reduce our package cost or remain the same? What is our contract period?

We appreciate your query. You are under the NBN FTTC SL Bundle Fast plan (18months contract), All TPG NBN plans are offered to customers as a pre-paid bundle of Internet & Home phone.

We have sent the plan details on the registered email on file last 31 January 2020. The equipment is already on its way; I'll send you the consignment number via private message so you can check the status of the delivery.
