Get online support

Netgear RAX80, connecting to FTTC NBN

I have recently been connected to the NBN on a FTTC connection.

I rang technical support when preordering & asked about using a NETGEAR RAX80 router behind the NBN box as the TPLink that was standard equipment is rubbish for Wifi range and not compatible with my home network setup.

was told that it would work & that I should contact TPG Tech Support when ready to configure it. So I proceeded to spend the $500+ to purchase the router.

HOW WRONG OF ME TO BELIEVE ANYTHING TPG TELL ME.

I contacted Tech Support, only to be told that they can only support the products they provide.

I have logged into the router & can't seem find anywhere to configure the VLAN under the internet connection.

At the moment I have a $500 paperweight.

Can anyone help, Will this router work?

Hi @Stoooz

We've responded to your previous post.

We've also provided the link to the manual of the Netgear device for further information.

You may contact the Netgear support team if you need further assistance in configuring your device.
