New FTTP no internet

Just had the FTTP box installed. Have orange light on UNI-D1 port, but not activity on router (Archer VR1600v). WAN and wifi lights on, but no internet.

This FTTP upgrade has been a trial. How do I fix this?

Should add it does not help that the earliest TPG support can call back is 8am on 26jan…..

Hi @Isaacsm . On the FTTP box, the Power, Optical, Alarm lights should be green.

Login to VR1600, goto Advanced, Network, EWAN. Click modify on interface ewan_pppoe.

Check that VLAN ID is NOT ticked. FTTP does not use VLAN ID.

Check that username and password are correct.

I presume you have upgraded from FTTN.
