No NBN connection box

Hi,

I have recently moved to new place. I have received the modern but I couldn't connect to internet because there is no NBN connection box  I can only see the phone socket in my unit. Customer ID: 7435901

I require internet connection urgently please arrange the NBN connection box to be installed ASAP

Hi @Jetnipit014 . Are you living in a home unit? You might have FTTB connection where wifi router plugs into phone wall socket.

Go to   nbnco.com.au and enter your postal address. It will tell you the type of connection.

Also check your account details at  tpg.com.au
