Get online support
I recently moved to a new property and signed up for an nbn plan and received my new modem today.
However, I have not received an nbn network connection device and am unable to install the modem.
Can you please advise how I get the NBN connection box?

NBN Installation has different Service Class types. Yours is under Service Class 24 which means that the service can be activated remotely; meaing the equipment is already installed specially the NTD.
We are awaiting confirmation from NBN regarding the activation of your service.

I have also coordinated this with our Provisioning team for further checking.
