No internet activation

I got modem from TPG 6days ago. Still Not Activated.
I couldnt get any activition sms.
Uni-d1 is orange colour.

Hi @choizerg78 . The orange UNI-D1 light and the WAN light on the router mean they are connected ok.

The Internet light on the router is lit which means it is connnected to internet. Is the Optical light still OFF on the NBN box? Optical light off means the box is "disabled" so there can't be an internet connection.

I've managed to locate your account using your Community details and have found out that you are subscribed to the NBN FTTP plan.
