No internet connection

Hi there,

I have no internet connection since yesterday. The nbn black box 4 green lights are solid & i did turn off the power on nbn box & modem couple of times.. so I assumed my modem gave up.

Bought tp-link deco but its still the same. The unit couldnt connect to the internet.. selected PPPoE and entered my username & password.

Could you please help?

Hi @jasontclow . Internet still down?

Does your old wifi router still turn on or is it completely dead?

If it turns on, can you reconnect to NBN box, let it try to connect, then login to it and check the system log. Is its configuration still correct?

What model Deco is it?

Username has @tpg.com.au added?

Yea.. internet still down. Old model still turns on and no config changes since 2 years ago.. it happen after recent heavy rain.

Its a deco M5. I did not add @TPG.com.au and I shall look at the vland id too. Thank you for your help 😁
