Ive had numerous phone calls to TPG and was promised a call back and never got one back. My Internet has been down since 10/3. A technician has already come out to "temporarily" fix the issue however, its still down. This is absolutely ridiculous, as ive recieved text messages stating that the issue as been resolved, yet i still have no internet. Can someone contact me ASAP or just fix the problem please?

We reviewed the case and learned that the lead-in for your service requires remediation work. Due to the complexity of the case, the NBN Co is not able to provide an ETA.
