No internet keep dropping

can someone please help we got the NBN installed yesterday but internet keep dropping every 5mins. I rang and waited for 2hrs and they said they will send an electrician within 24hrs but it's over a day now and still haven't heard.

This is so frustrating 2days with no internet. Is there anyway I cancel my plan it's too much no one can help and it's taking so long to wait on the phone and in the end they can't resolve the issue, so frustrating
