Hi,
I have submitted a request of cancellation on the mytpg account portal age ago and never heard back from TPG. My current NBN plan is out of contract!
The reason for cancellation:
I have waited so long for hearing back from TPG about when they can organise an internet installation as they didn’t respond my email since I emailed them extra information.
Therefore, I am currently go with other internet company to getting the NBN connected asap and would like to cancel service with TPG asap.
Do I need to resubmit the form ?
