What is going on with my NBN installation

Hi there,

 

Can someone please tell me what is going on with my NBN installation, I had an email yesterday telling me that my installation had been cancelled, followed by a text message telling me to ignore the email but if I log in to my account it shows this:

 

17:35, 28 Dec 2018 NBN unable to provide service 
17:36, 28 Dec 2018 Provisioning complete 
17:36, 28 Dec 2018 Wait for failure response from customer 

 

Please can someone look in to this and tell me why the NBN are unable to provide service and why haven’t I been contacted. It also shows the my modem has been shipped to me and is in transit.

Welcome to TPG Community!

 

We were able to locate your account using your community details. The NBN order is still in progress and the standard time frame for it to be installed is within 2 to 30 working days.

 

Once a new update is available, it will be given via email or SMS. Our Service delivery team is monitoring your account and will be in touch once further update is available.
